Position Overview:

RealGood is looking for a leader at the management level. Your responsibilities will include everything from mentoring Team Members to developing Team Leads. We are looking for a team member to help build and develop strong teams. Working alongside the team member, while also building a sustainable training strategy. 

Responsibilities:

Oversee all onboarding. Working with our third party PEO service to see that all new hires are successfully onboarded

Work alongside all new hires on their first day

Work and troubleshoot existing needs with store leadership. Developing skill sets of those team members that need continuing education and/or development

Manage a sustainable onboarding process

Work with leadership and support on training strategy, continuing education and store level needs

Work with store leadership to faciliate day to day needs that may arise with thier teams, helping to build stronger teams

Requirements:

Food Service Management certification

Servsafe certification

1-3 years of Restaurant Management

Understanding of restaurant operations with a proven track record of success including but not limited: to profitability, sales building, succession planning, team development, adherence to standards, restaurant cleanliness, and guest experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management & organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Work weeks of up to 50 hours, including New Store Openings and/or rollouts of Real Good Stuff Co initiatives.
