COMMISSARY KITCHEN Manager $40-50k
REALGOOD STUFF Co., (www.realgoodstuffco.com), is looking for a Kitchen manager to join our team. We work with local and organic produce, making juice, salads, and local braised chicken. This position will work at our production space (COLD KITCHEN) . This person will work along side our production manager and head of logistics overseeing a team of 15 team members. On average our facility processes 20,000 pounds of produce a week for juice and food demands for our 14 locations. Some heavy lifting, attention to detail and appreciation for locally sourced and organic product necessay.
- HELP MANAGE CENTRAL PRODUCTION FACILITY .
-MANGING TEAM OF COOKS + WORK CLOSELY WITH DELIVERY CREW TO ENSURE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED APPROPRIATELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
-MANAGE INVENTORY (BOTH DRY GOODS AND FOOD PRODUCTS).
-ORDERING FROM OUR FARMERS + LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS.
-ENSURE TEAM LEADS + OPERATIONS TEAM HAS PRODUCT THEY NEED DAILY
- HELP DEVELOP AND MANAGE STORE FOOD MENU. MANAGING THE INTEGRITY OF EXECUTION AT THE STORES.
-MANAGE INTEGRITY AND CLEANLINESS OF THE KITCHEN WORKSPACE
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS
